HR Manager

Location: Wirral, UK

Salary: £40,000pa

Our client is a dynamic SME experiencing an exciting period of growth. They are seeking a dedicated HR Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in driving our HR strategy.

About the Role:

As HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing effective HR policies and practices. You will play a key role in ensuring our organization has the right talent to support our growth objectives. Reporting directly to the MD you will have the opportunity to have a true impact on this growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Manage employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary procedures, and grievance handling.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Advise on compensation and benefits packages.
  • Develop and deliver training programs.
  • Conduct HR audits and implement improvements.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Ideally CIPD qualified
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
