We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our client in a newly created role.  This is an exciting opportunity to join an established and growing business, working in tandem with multiple business functions both internally and externally including travel to other sites within Norfolk.

As the new HR Manager, you  will be responsible for managing the fundamentals of HR, including recruitment and selection, policy and practices, case management, training & development, talent management, succession planning and driving performance appraisals.  The role will also lead the HR strategy, and design and implementing processes and procedures that resonate with the organisations core values. Supporting all levels of the business you will be a natural team worker, with the ability to lead  and influence cross-functional teams & stakeholders at all levels.

About you.... 
CIPD qualified, you will have a proven track record as an HR Manager with a deep knowledge of an HR generalist remit.  You will be detail orientated, articulate, confident  and proactive with exceptional interpersonal skills. Whilst it can be demanding at times, you will be able to deal with pressure and challenges with ease
