We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our client's team in Ulverston on a temporary basis. This role offers the potential to extend beyond the initial 3 months or even become a permanent position. If you are a CIPD-certified professional or qualified by experience, looking for a new challenge, this opportunity is for you!

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Oversee HR operations 
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Provide strategic HR advice and support to management and staff.
  • Implement best practices to enhance workplace culture and performance.
  • Handle payroll administration, benefits, and performance management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in HR management.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
