The Role:
As HR Manager, you will be a key member of the leadership team, driving strategic HR initiatives, overseeing day-to-day HR operations, and supporting a diverse, multi-site workforce. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on company culture, talent development, and employee engagement across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and senior leaders, offering guidance on HR best practices.
  • Lead and execute HR operational projects (e.g., wellbeing initiatives, engagement surveys, policy updates).
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Oversee learning and development programmes to foster staff growth and retention.
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, appraisals, and exit procedures.
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in line with current legislation.
  • Handle complex ER issues with a fair and pragmatic approach.
  • Oversee company payroll with the support of payroll administrators.

About You:

  • Proven experience in a senior HR role (5+ years), ideally within PBSA or the wider Real Estate sector.
  • Professional CIPD qualification.
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Confident in influencing senior stakeholders and leading change.
  • Empathetic, solutions-focused, and passionate about people.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
