Our Public Sector Client is looking for a Project HR Officer (pay review).

They are looking for an experience HR Officer Projects to co-ordinate the delivery of improvements to the council’s pay policy over the next 2 years. This offers an exciting opportunity to join the Pay Review and Organisational Change team at the Council and work on a major new initiative focused on policy development and cultural change to ensure the council is recruiting and retaining a talented workforce.
