Interim HR Advisor- 10 Month FTC

Location: Shrewsbury - on site role

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000

This HR Advisor role is absolutely critical to support a HR team and business going through a change programme.

The HR Advisor will work within a busy business setting, bringing expertise and an ability to influence and manage key stakeholders, this role is providing 1st line advice to managers across the business.

  • Your key focus will be to provide advice and guidance to managers and colleagues on aspects of HR policy and practice

  • Respond to questions regarding terms and conditions including pay, holiday and other forms of leave, flexible working requests, long term sickness, changes to benefits, exit process, etc

  • Provide advice and guidance to managers and colleagues on aspects of HR policy and practice

  • Providing Management Information when required

  • This role is based on site 5 days a week so you will be visible, get the chance to get really stuck in and build some great relationships.

You will have worked in a busy environment, and be a good influencer, be able to follow systems and able to provide robust HR support.

No two days will be the same, this is a fantastic grounding for someone looking to build a HR Career
