A truly incredible opportunity for an aspiring HR professional at the start of their career to work in a vibrant, fast-growing PR company. Mentored closely by the COO, this really is a chance to accelerate your career at pace with plenty of scope to learn, develop and grow - you will be offered the opportunity to undertake the CIPD qualifications.

Recruitment and onboarding will be a key part of your role, following a new streamlined process to enable the company's ambitious growth plans. You will provide generalist HR support companywide with the direct assistance of the COO and the guidance of a team of external HR consultants with whom you will speak regularly. You will also adopt and run their intern program as well as other projects as your role expands and grows.

You will ideally have some HR experience but mostly should be brimming with ideas and enthusiasm to bring to this role. Candidates must be ambitious, extremely personable, have a positive and energetic personality and have the confidence to challenge along with the ability to step back and get on board. Would suit a Graduate with some recent working experience/an internship.

You will be nurtured, valued and well looked after - this really could be a life changing opportunity!

Thank you for your interest in the above position. Whilst we’d love to get back to everyone who applies to our roles, we are a small team so will only be in touch if your application is successful.
