HR Officer
This position is for a dedicated HR Officer who will contribute to the growth and success of a leading Industrial/Manufacturing company in Wrexham. The ideal candidate will work in the Human Resources department, managing the company's personnel-related matters.

Description
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including advertising vacancies, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Handle employee relations issues such as grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage and process payroll in a timely manner.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching for performance improvement.
- Coordinate and conduct employee orientation and training programs.
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource requirements.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
Profile
A successful HR Officer should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role.
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.).
- Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software (HRIS or HRMS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
