FIND are currently working with a Hemel Hempstead based school, supporting in their search, to recruit a HR Officer to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team offering a competitive benefits package and clear progression. 

Please note that this is an on site role with scope for hybrid working outside of term time. 

Duties for this role include but are not limited to-
  • Supporting the Principal by providing an efficient HR Service to all staff. 
  • Responsible for the management of payroll. 
  • Carrying out relevant employee vetting checks. 
  • New staff inductions. 
  • Implementing the School's Recruitment process. 
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate-
  • CIPD qualified at a minimum of Level 3. 
  • Previous experience working within a similar role. 
  • Highly organised with both excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to work to own initiative and develop individuals and teams.
