HR Advisor
Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be working with a long standing client in Bradford as they look to appoint a HR Advisor on a full time, permanent basis.
Reporting into the Finance Controller, this role plays a crucial part in supporting the entire employee life cycle from recruitment onboarding, employee relations, engagement to offboarding. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a growing company and will provide you with the opportunity to be able to progress to board level.

As a HR Advisor, your role will include:
- Developing the on-boarding and off-boarding process
- Managing the employee benefits scheme including research and appraise any potential enhancements to the company benefits package
- Managing employee relations and provide support to management regarding absence, disciplinary/grievances and performance management
- Co-ordinate training and development
- Managing the recruitment process, supporting with advertising, interviewing and selection
- Administering documentation including offer letters, contracts of employment, job descriptions and other communications
- Reviewing & maintaining policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the latest legislation whilst remaining consistent with the employee handbook
- Producing monthly MI and statistics reports that effectively measure the HR inputs, costs and successes
- Maintaining employee records and holidays
- Conducting weekly payroll, ensuring timesheets and payslips are correct
The ideal HR Advisor will be a confident and experienced HR professional who is comfortable working within a standalone role and keen to drive the company’s mission and values.
