Your new role The post holder reports to and is accountable to the HR and Training Manager and is responsible for providing a high standard of support across a full range of HR activities including the full employee life cycle, recruitment, benefits, payroll, and learning and development. There will also be an opportunity to contribute to and assist with HR projects.

What you'll need to succeed

  • HND or CIPD Level 3 Qualified, studying towards or an interest to do so.
  • Experience of working in an HR environment undertaking a range of tasks including and general HR administration.
  • Working knowledge of HR functions and best practice.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
