Responsibilities (how we will measure success)
The HR Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the HR operations function, ensuring efficient HR service delivery and adherence to IQ-EQ's policies and procedures. This role involves managing HR payroll for the region, maintaining accurate people data, and ensuring compliance from a legislation and regulatory point of view.
Tasks (what does the role do on a day-to-day basis)
- Ensure the region's payroll is accurate and compliance
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data through regular audits and updates.
- Provide training and support to HR Operation Assistants and local HR Leads
- Employee Records and Data Management:
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate employee records.
- Manage the process for the employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Address and resolve employee queries and issues related to HR operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within HR operations.
- Lead projects to enhance HR operational efficiency and employee experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices.
- Mentor and advisor HR operations employees providing guidance and support.
- Motivate and engage HR Operations colleagues
- Initiative, drive, and enthusiasm
- Commercial approach to problem solving
- Excellent communication skills and collaboration ability with colleagues

Required Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role, with at least 1 year in a managerial position.
