Are you an experienced Portuguese and German Speaking People Operations Specialist looking for your next opportunity?
Handle are excited to be working with a creative business who are looking for a German and Portuguese speaking People Operations specialist to join their team based in London on an 8 month FTC.
This is a generalist role where you will be supporting with operational duties working across the full employee lifecycle. You will also be required to advice line managers on a range of policies and procedures as well as leading and coaching managers dealing with ER cases
They are looking for someone who is fluent in German and Portuguese, is proactive in their approach to improving and providing efficient and effective support for all HR activities.
The successful candidate will have experience working in a People Operations role within a fast paced, progressive environment, you will have a solid understanding of people processes and systems, have experience dealing with ER issues and have strong communication skills and attention to detail
