GBR Recruitment Ltd are proud to be acting as the Exclusive Recruitment Business Partner for a leading NFP Charity organisation, recruiting for an experienced HR / People Business Partner(IMMEDIATE START) to successfully lead multiple restructuring processes & programmes across various divisions of this Charity operation, in order to re-engineer operations to be more streamlined & more efficient service wise. A fantastic cause supporting many 1,000's of people UK wide.

This role is a fixed term contract for 3-6 months to specifically deliver the restructuring / change management process.

You will be a hands on driver of transformational change (change management professional), with a real thirst for revamping organisations for the better.

You will have delivered many restructures & streamlining programmes in the past with a real niche in Change Management & have a proven record in driving / delivering positive Change (functions, services, culture, processes, systems etc.).

In this transformational HR role, you will work closely & in partnership with the SMT, Directors, CEO & Board of Trustees, along with working hand in hand with the other Head of Departments,

HRBP Duties:

  • Specifically brought in to roll out the orgranisations multi-level restructuring programme & delivering the change management process through to completion. Advising & partnering with the SMT / Directorship & Trustees on best practive.
  • Restructuring several different areas / divisions of the Charity, streamlining & delivering efficiency improvements / change.
  • Project leading operational improvements. .
  • The Leader & Guru on all Employment Law matters.
  • Lead all succession planning activity.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Charity or Not for Profit HRBP / People Business Partner level experience is ideal.
  • Proven & strong experience of delivering multi-level / departmental restructuring programmes & change management roll outs.
  • Extensive knowledge of HR policy, plus employment legislation & law.
  • Experience of working effectively with staff at all levels, including with the Senior Executive Team / Board members
  • Proven ability to think outside the box & to act strategically to bring about business improvements. A real change driver.
  • CI & LEAN focused plus passionate about the highest level of Quality
  • Strong with HR systems & Excel.
  • A passionate highly driven people person who challenges the Status Quo & is a real advocate for Change / CI & EDI.
  • Emotionally intelligent & Empathic.
  • Experienced in Managing & Leading remote teams is ideal.

Interviews to take place immediately, with a July start for the right person.

This role is fully remote, working from the comfort of your own home, so you must be strong using Teams / Zoom to communicate roll outs & to lead day to day HR activities successfully.

Also you should be strong using various software & systems.
