Hybrid HR People Operations Assistant

To give you an idea of how this HR role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

• Manage the People Operations Inbox providing first-line support on all queries, referring to People Operations Advisor and/or Head of People Operations where necessary
• Manage organisation chart, updating and issuing on a quarterly basis
• Assist People Operations Adviser in maintaining the range of People policies that make us a desirable place to work
• Maintain accurate data held within the HR Management System at all times
• Assist in the monitoring of all key metrics including recruitment, training and absence

To apply for this HR role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:

• Effective verbal and written communication, delivering messages in a clear and concise manner
• Time management and organisational skills
• Ability to process casework to accurate and quality standards
• Thorough knowledge of human resource best practice and current UK employment legislation
• CIPD Level 3 and a desire to work towards Level 5
• Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, Publisher), Visio package and Human Resource Management Software
