HR Process Project Manager

A Tier 1 Investment Bank is looking for an HR Process Project Manager to join their Capital Markets Team.
Key Requirements

• Strong Project Management experience from Investment Banking
• Able to drive, design and manage implementation of HR process and control changes for Markets
• Develop frameworks, documentation, procedures, change management plans and concise communication materials adjusted to the audience
• Clearly articulate problems, and bring the right people together to strategically address them to ensure meaningful outcomes for Markets
