The Job:

Job Title: HR and Recruitment Coordinator

Location: London

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

• Support the Head of HR across the end to end employee lifecycle from onboarding, contracts, benefits, policies through to offboarding
• Support the end to end recruitment process, scheduling and coordinating interviews.
• Act as the first line of HR advice in alignment with employment law and business processes, escalating to Head of HR when required.
• Maintain systems and HR dashboards with any changes and ensure HR templates and policies are updated in accordance with employment law changes.
• Proactively offer support on wider HR projects including creating an onboarding process, system improvement, and Employee Experience initiatives.
