HR & Recruitment Lead

We're looking for an HR and Recruitment Lead to manage recruitment efforts and support HR operations. In this role, you'll manage a small dedicated team, collaborate with hiring managers, and ensure that HR functions run smoothly.

Core Duties:

Talent Acquisition:

• Create and execute innovative recruitment strategies.
• Oversee job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
• Work with hiring managers to fulfil staffing requirements.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline.
• Leverage recruitment platforms and tools effectively.
• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.

HR & Training:

• Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Align HR initiatives with company objectives.
• Conduct HR audits and maintain accurate records.
• Design and deliver training programs.
• Collaborate with managers on mandatory training needs.
• Ensure training compliance.
• Foster a positive, inclusive work environment.
• Conduct employee surveys and implement feedback action plans.
• Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives.

About the ideal candidate:

• CIPD or qualified by experience (QBE)
• At least 2 years of experience in HR management and recruitment.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient with HR software and recruitment platforms.

Salary Range & Benefits:
The salary for this HR & Recruitment Lead role is negotiable depending on experience. In addition, the company offers an attractive benefits package including hybrid working.
