HR & Recruitment Lead
We're looking for an HR and Recruitment Lead to manage recruitment efforts and support HR operations. In this role, you'll manage a small dedicated team, collaborate with hiring managers, and ensure that HR functions run smoothly.
Core Duties:
Talent Acquisition:
- Create and execute innovative recruitment strategies.
- Oversee job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
- Work with hiring managers to fulfil staffing requirements.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline.
- Leverage recruitment platforms and tools effectively.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
HR & Training:
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Align HR initiatives with company objectives.
- Conduct HR audits and maintain accurate records.
- Design and deliver training programs.
- Collaborate with managers on mandatory training needs.
- Ensure training compliance.
- Foster a positive, inclusive work environment.
- Conduct employee surveys and implement feedback action plans.
- Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives.
About the ideal candidate:
- CIPD or qualified by experience (QBE)
- At least 2 years of experience in HR management and recruitment.
- Proven leadership and team development skills.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient with HR software and recruitment platforms.
Salary Range & Benefits:
The salary for this HR & Recruitment Lead role is negotiable depending on experience. In addition, the company offers an attractive benefits package including hybrid working.
