Position Overview
This is a fantastic, blended role of Recruitment and HR within a friendly Media SME business. Acting as the first point of contact for all HR related queries and managing the whole recruitment process from start to finish including.

There is scope for this role to move transition into a Head of HR over time.

This is a fast-paced sales environment and requires a confident individual who has ideally come from a similar background recruiting sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the company's goals and legal compliance.
• Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Manage employee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, fostering open communication and collaboration.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and morale.
• Oversee training and development programmes to ensure continuous professional growth.
• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
• Analyse HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategic solutions.
• Stay updated on HR best practises and labour legislation to ensure compliance and competitiveness.

Qualifications:

• CIPD L5 min (or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of HR best practises, employment law, and compliance issues.
• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally sales, employee development, and performance management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
