Meridian Business Support are delighted to be working with one of the UK's leading providers of behavioural care and specialist support services to recruit for a HR & Resourcing Coordinator.

The company are looking for a HR & Resourcing Coordinator to provide support and guidance to the onsite management team and managers on the interpretation and implementation of policies and procedures ensuring consistent employment practices at site.  The successful candidate will also act as first point of contact for all employees at site whilst managing workflow to ensure all HR administration processes are delivered accurately and on time.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • Support all aspects of recruitment process working closely with the Central Talent Acquisition team in a timely manner
  • Work in conjunction with our central onboarding team to ensure candidates are onboarded in a timely manner ensuring all documentation is obtained effectively
  • Ensure all compliance and training are up to date and in line with company target levels
  • Support in all aspects of employee retention and engagement working closely with managers and the senior management team to progress site action plans
  • Ensure all absence management policies and procedures are being adhered to and provide low level support on employee relation cases
  • Provide cover for weekly and monthly payroll as and when required
  • Ensure all relevant documentation related to employees is recorded, maintained and stored effectively
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, relationship building skills and excellent attention to detail.  They will be ideally working towards CIPD but not essential.  

Previous experience of working as an HR Administrator/Assistant within a commercial environment in a generalist or specialist role within Healthcare however this is not essential.

All roles will be subject to a successful disclosure at an appropriate level from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), Access NI or Disclosure Scotland. Cost of a DBS check will be covered by the employer.
