THE COMPANY:

A global management consultancy with stunning offices in the West End are looking for an HR Senior Analyst for a 12 month FTC.

THE ROLE:

The HR Senior Analyst’s duties will include: 
  • Analyse HR metrics and trends
  • Drive data projects end to end across the business
  • Assist in performance appraisals
  • Address employee queries
  • Participate in strategic ad hoc projects
  • Ensure compliance with regulations

THE PERSON:
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience working in a large, complex organisation
  • Critical thinking and problem solving
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
