HR Shared Service Centre European HR Role : Large Global Technology Co :

What will I be doing -
.

    • Employee contracts & Issuing references
    • Respond to employee queries related to HRSS processes, HR policies, and document progress in the ticket system
    • HR database / document management
    • Deliver a high-quality employee experience
    • Collaborate with other HR Team members across the business to action and respond to queries .



What will I need ,

  • Ideally shared service model within EMEA region HR Shared Services organisation's or in an HR environment capacity, providing direct support to front-line employees and people leaders would be an advantage
  • HR or Commercial vocational training required, Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, Organisational Behaviour, or related field would be an advantage

  • Fluent in English (written and oral) and one or more of the following
  • European Languages are desirable - French or Dutch or Italian or Spanish or Swedish or Finnish or Polish language skills
  • MS Word knowledge/experience preferred
  • Organised and detailed orientated
  • Ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality
  • Ability to follow processes / with a lens on optimisation for continuous improvement
  • Exceptional customer service skill
  • Ability to work in high growth environment requiring agility to meet changes in business demand
