HR Advisor - Team Manager (12 month FTC)

Manchester City Centre - Hybrid Working

£39,000 - £45,500 per annum plus excellent benefits

Macmillan Davies are delighted to be supporting a groundbreaking and highly prestigious Manchester institution to appoint a Team Manager to join their HR Operations team. Based in Central Manchester, this role is offered initially on a 12-month FTC with the possibility of this leading to a permanent position. This organisation offers flexible hybrid working arrangements, with a normal working pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

This role will involve leading and guiding a team of HR Advisors to ensure a high-quality HR Advisory service is delivered in accordance with the organisation's policies. You will play an important role in ensuring the effective delivery of Employee Relations case management and HR Advice on policies and procedures across the departments.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of leading a team within a busy HR department. You will need to have a proven track record of managing complex ER issues and have the knowledge and experience to guide your team to successfully handle a busy ER caseload. Using excellent coaching and mentoring skills to further develop the team and using your strong leadership approach will drive the team to strive for excellence.

What is on offer:

  • Basic salary of £39,000 - £45,500 per annum
