This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor who's ready to take the next step into a Junior HR Business Partner role, complete with line management responsibilities and the chance to make a real impact.
In this role, you'll work closely with business leaders, using people data and insights to influence decisions, improve performance, and support strategic goals. You'll be operating in a fast-paced, complex environment, so if you've come from a large business, you'll be familiar with the scale and demands that come with it.
