HR Business Partner |Permanent | London | £50,000 - £55,000 | Onsite

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor who's ready to take the next step into a Junior HR Business Partner role, complete with line management responsibilities and the chance to make a real impact.

In this role, you'll work closely with business leaders, using people data and insights to influence decisions, improve performance, and support strategic goals. You'll be operating in a fast-paced, complex environment, so if you've come from a large business, you'll be familiar with the scale and demands that come with it.

What we're looking for:

• Experience in HR roles within retail, media, creative industries, or hospitality
• A strong understanding of HR systems, reporting, and people dashboards
• Proven line management experience (minimum of managing an HR Coordinator or equivalent)
• Comfortable working onsite in a collaborative, hands-on environment

We're looking for someone commercially minded, people-focused, and confident with data; someone who's ready to step up, influence stakeholders, and contribute meaningfully from day one.
