HRIS SPECIALIST
Merrifield Consultants are delighted to be partnering with a fantastic charity that is seeking a HRIS specialist to undertake a mini project to ensure their new HR system is implemented and stress tested effectively.
As a HRIS specialist you will be handling the administrative tasks of ensuring all data is accurate and that entities on the system are logged effectively and that each employee is a unique identity. Also ensure that documents are all uploaded in the correct format so that when the system is bulk uploaded it appears professionally and runs smoothly.
Job Title: HRIS Specialist
Organisation: Health Charity
Hourly Rate - £17/hour
Contract: 4 weeks, Part Time
Location: London (Remote)
Responsible To: HR team
Closing Date: Wednesday 9th July.
Required: CV ASAP - Start Date - Immediately available.
Responsibilities:
- Previous experience managing HRIS systems
- Assisting with projects in transfering HR systems.
- Providing innovative ideas to improve the transition of the system/database.
- Confident in managing data, data entry and ensuring all documents are in the same format.
- Database experience.
- Creating ideas of how to overcome issues in the database and stress testing the system.
Skills/Experience Required:
- HRIS Experience
- Assisted implementing a new system
- Stress testing systems to ensure it will work effectively.
- High attention to detail and has the ability to provide innovative ideas to make the system efficient.
- Hit the ground running.
