The Role

This pivotal leadership role is crucial in elevating Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) awareness across the organisation. As a key advocate for HSE initiatives, you will work closely with departments and support line managers to align their objectives with HSE standards. Your role will involve driving innovation, challenging existing practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in HSE performance. Leading by example, you will design, implement, and maintain robust HSE systems and processes, ensuring seamless integration into daily operations and a steadfast commitment to safety excellence.

The Candidate

As a dynamic and driven HSE Manager in an engineering or manufacturing environment, you will have a strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards. As a "hands-on" influential leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, you will have strong planning and organisational skills, combined with the ability to effectively analyse and report data, driving informed decision-making and ensuring compliance across the organisation.
