Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our company based in Wincanton who are actively looking to recruit a HSE Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and implement the site HSE plan with a focus on culture
  • Complete details risk assessments and maintain the risk assessment library accordingly
  • Manage the incident, accident and near miss reporting system and following up actions in a timely manner either directly or through delegation

What you need to succeed:

  • NEBOSH is essential for this role
  • Previous environmental experience is desirable
  • Food industry experience is desirable
  • Experience of LEAN manufacturing is desirable
  • Knowledge of ISO14001 and 9001 is strongly desirable

What you will receive in return:

  • Salary - £40,000 to £45,000 per annum
  • Shifts - 37.5 hours per week, 9am to 5pm. M to F including BHs

Benefits

  • Leave of 29 days inc BHs. +1 day at 3 years, +1 day at 5 years
  • Collective bonus based on business performance. Full bonus is £790
