HSE officer

This is an initial 18-month contract, inside IR35.
Based fully on-site in Northampton, 5 days a week.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Support on all HSE issues.
  • Support on the overall HSE Strategy and relevant compliance.
  • Focus on solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels on HSE matters.


Experience:

  • 5 years HSE experience within a manufacturing & engineering environment
  • Leading & concluding successful continuous improvement projects, with a special focus on environmental management & pollution prevention in automotive engineering.
  • Proven experience as an internal auditor


Qualifications
Essential:

  • Educated to Graduate Level in a technical discipline
  • Hold an IEMA Certificate in Environmental Management (or higher).
  • Practitioner membership of IEMA (or higher)
  • Tech(IOSH) or higher


Desirable:

  • NEBOSH Certificate (or higher) desired
