Basic Salary: £50,000.00 to £60,000.00 Per Annum
Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire

Our very well-established client is looking for a highly dynamic and enthusiastic HSEQ Manager to join their team and take full ownership of the Quality Assurance, Health & Safety and Environmental matters on a Full Time Permanent basis. As the HSEQ Manager, you will function as the core point of contact for Health & Safety matters directly reporting the senior leadership team.
As the HSEQ Manager, you will:
- Be the go-to person for the company regarding quality assurance, Health & Safety and Environmental matters.
- Maintain accreditations for various testing and inspecting material.
- Develop and maintain an ISO 9001:2015 accredited management system as the HSEQ Manager
- Enhance the group Health & Safety activities and compliance to UK legislation adopting best in class processes throughout the organisation.
- Manage quality control activities and provide support to the relevant teams as HSEQ Manager
- Promote physical and behavioural safety beliefs to all employees
- Become involved in other group compliance requirements such as REACH, Material Stewardship and F-Gas as HSEQ Manager.
HSEQ Manager candidate:
- Minimum NEBOSH Certificate, working towards or has NEBOSH Diploma Level 5 as HSEQ Manager
- Minimum of 4 to 5 Years experience in Health and Safety management
- Knowledge of ISO9001:2015 or, equivalent Quality Management System
- Fantastic communication skills with good influential and analytical skills
- An enthusiastic and dynamic personality with a highly ‘initiative-taking attitude’.
- A ‘natural ability’ to instantly develop a conversational relationship.
