Human Resources Administrator
  
An exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join a well-respected Global IT data firm. Salary up to £37,000 plus excellent benefits, based in the City of London with a very flexible hybrid model.

The ideal candidate will be a dedicated and passionate HR Administrator with strong attention to detail.

Duties of HR Administrator
  • Assist in the administration of the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS ideally SuccessFactors
  • Assist with Recruitment Administration
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll for employees
  • Help with benefits administration, including enrolments and inquiries
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR and payroll matters
  • Support HR and management with various administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and initiatives
  
Skills & Experience of HR Administrator
  
  • Use of SuccessFactors
  • Previous experience in a People facing role
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of HR and payroll practices and regulations is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
