Premier Work Support are delighted to be recruiting for a Human Resources Consultant for our prestigious client in the Tadworth area.

Job Summary:

The HR Consultant will be responsible for providing expert guidance and services in various HR functions, including talent acquisition, training and development, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Assist in creating detailed job descriptions and specifications.
  • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments.
  • Advise on hiring best practices and selection processes.
  • Design and deliver training programs and workshops.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
  • Promote continuous learning and professional development.
  • Identify and address skills gaps within the organization.
  • Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts and issues.
  • Develop and implement policies to improve employee relations.
  • Advise on disciplinary actions and terminations.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback.
  • Design competitive compensation and benefits packages.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct market research to maintain competitive pay structures.
  • Provide guidance on benefits administration and employee incentives.
  • Develop and implement performance appraisal systems.
  • Facilitate performance reviews and feedback sessions.
  • Advise on goal setting and performance improvement plans.
  • Monitor and report on employee performance metrics.
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct HR audits to ensure legal compliance.
  • Advise on organizational structure and design.
  • Facilitate strategic planning and team-building sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word and Excel).
  • Experience with the "Workday" HR System.

Shifts:

  • 5 days a week - Monday to Friday.
  • 09:00AM-5:00PM.
