Human Resources & Organisational Development Manager

Salary £55,263 pa to £65,786 pa

37 hours per week (Hybrid Working)

We are looking for an exceptional individual with experience in a senior HR leadership role to lead our clients HR & OD function and provide strategic direction for our clients' organisation.

You will play a crucial role in cultivating a sustainable workplace culture, driving organisational performance, developing a high performing team and ensuring the well-being of employees.The role requires a balance of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of the human dynamics within the organisation. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with the council's goals and objectives.

You will need to be able to demonstrate the HR change / transformation projects that you have led and delivered.
