Key Responsibilities:

• Subject Expertise: Be a specialist in your chosen subject area, bringing your expertise to the classroom.
• Lesson Planning: Plan and prepare engaging lessons and schemes of work, ensuring a variety of learning opportunities that develop key skills.
• Student Records: Maintain individual records of students’ experiences and achievements, using data to inform future planning.
• Annual Review Process: Contribute to the Annual Review process, including report writing.
• Individual Learning Plans: Prepare, implement, and monitor Individual Learning Plans for pupils.
• Collaboration: Lead the class team to ensure collaborative working for the benefit of the pupils.
