An established HVAC and air conditioning business is looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer / Technician to join their team. This role offers a mix of installation, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance of HVAC units, working with both commercial and domestic clients.

To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:

  • Proven experience as an air conditioning engineer/technician
  • Strong background in installation, servicing, and diagnostics
  • F-Gas 2079 certification (preferred)
  • Additional industrial qualifications (Working at Height, IPAF) beneficial
  • Experience with Chillers and Fridges (advantageous but not essential)
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

Within this position, you’ll also be:

  • Install, repair, and service HVAC air conditioning units
  • Work on a variety of systems from single-split units to large VRV/VRF projects
  • Cover a 50-mile radius of Nottingham, with occasional travel further afield
  • Ensure work is carried out to high standards and within industry regulations
