HVAC Commissioning Engineer

Job Title: HVAC Commissioning Engineer.
Location: Leicester, Leicestershire.
Salary / Benefits £24k - £40k + Training + Benefits

Our client is a well-established name within the Clean Air industry. Due to continued success, they are now seeking to take on a HVAC Commissioning Engineer. Working predominantly on Healthcare sites, you will be required to carry out fault finding on site, ensuring that any issues found are dealt with in a timely manner as well as carrying out critical ventilation testing, balancing air and water systems and you will ensure that work is carried out in accordance with relevant Health and Safety / CIBSE guidelines.
Consideration will be given to candidates from: Bedford, Wellingborough, Huntingdon, Cambridge, Banbury, Royal Leamington Spa, Milton Keynes, Brackley, Bletchley, Stevenage, Hertford, Luton, Aylesbury, St Albans, Harlow, Bishop's Stortford, Saffron Walden.

Experience & Qualifications:
" Experience working as a HVAC Commissioning Engineer for a reputable clean air company.
" Will hold the CSA grade (3 or higher)
" Will have attended the CP and / or AP course.
" Able to demonstrate exceptional knowledge of CIBSE guidelines.
" Excellent IT skills.
" Able to communicate efficiently.
" Organising and prioritising work load in line with company / client needs.
The Role:
" Carrying out fault finding on predominantly Healthcare sites.
" Commissioning and balancing of air and water systems.
" Carrying out critical ventilation testing.
" Auditing air handling units (AHU).
" Testing air flow and pressure measurements.
" Ensuring work is conducted in line with site specific RAMS.
" Working in line with relevant Health and Safety guidelines.
" Ensuring to efficiently hand over systems and demonstrating correct operation to clients upon completion of work.
" Producing detailed reports based on site findings.
