Are you an experienced and driven Multi skilled engineer with HVAC experience?

Join my clients dynamic team at a leading Facilities Management company. I am supporting with their ongoing search for a mutli skilled engineer on a large static commercial site in Watford

  • Salary Range: £44,000 + electric van
  • Static, large commercial site in Watford
  • Monday - Friday - No call out

Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out PPM's
  • Carrying out Reactive and emergency breakdown
  • electrical maintenance
  • testing & fault finding
  • air conditioning
  • air handling units
  • plumbing
  • ventilation
  • pumps
  • switchgear
  • cables
  • batteries
  • small power and lighting

Requirements:

  • HVAC or Electrical qualifications
  • 18th edition or 2391 Testing and Inspection desirable
  • Clean driving license
  • Presentable and clear communication
