Are you a building services mechanical maintenance engineer with strong HVAC maintenance experience? This could be the opportunity for you! I am working with a medium-sized FM service provider who are actively recruiting for one of their prestigious sites in Westminster. This is a great opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art building with the freedom and autonomy to work in a self-managed environment.

Duties

  • PPMs
  • Reactive maintenance
  • Fault finding
  • Full service on AHUs/FCUs
  • VAV/VRV systems - strip downs and repairs
  • Bearings, Shafts, Valves
  • Fitting new pipes
  • Pumps - strip downs and fault finding
  • Mechanical seals
  • Chillers
  • Cooling towers
  • Basic plumbing

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating/Mechanical Engineering
  • F-Gas (desirable)
  • 18th Edition (desirable)
