Salary £42,000 + 5000

NonStop Social Care is currently working with a well-reputed charity in Basildon. I am looking for a hybrid senior practitioner for their fostering well-balanced team.

The charity has a friendly, family orientated approach, community-based and great energy for high-quality care services.

Responsibilities

The hybrid senior practitioner has responsibility to provide supervision to 2-3 social workers(SSWs) and also hold a caseload of maximum 4 carers.

You will support supervising social workers in their day to day tasks in order to ensure excellence and work along side Registered Manager to deliver goals and high-standard level of care.

- you have at least 3 years of experience in fostering or related field

- some supervisory experience would be welcome
