Hygiene Site Services Supervisor

Location: BS11 9DL

Compensation: £16.85 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

This is a temporary role with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign team members to specific tasks and areas based on the schedule for continuous improvement.
• Ensure that all work meets required standards by coordinating operative training and validating work quality.
• Train and develop Site Services team members to work safely and efficiently, supporting their progression where possible.
• Maintain records to comply with company and third-party standards.
• Conduct audits on procedures and other areas within your training scope.
• Report any non-conformances identified through Production or Compliance (or Deputy).
• Organize team holidays and site welfare arrangements, including resource allocation for deputy arrangements.
• Manage site pest control requirements with diligent record-keeping for compliance and continuous improvement.
• Oversee site waste management with thorough record-keeping for environmental compliance.
• Collaborate with the wider management team to enhance food safety standards within the HACCP system.
