Are you an experienced IBA Accountant with a keen eye for detail and a passion for the insurance industry? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a dynamic team within a Lloyd's Broker. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong background in insurance broking accounts, we want to hear from you!

? Key Responsibilities ?

Insurance Broking Accounts:
- Handle daily banking, process statements and cheques.
- Set up payments for underwriters, clients, and third parties.
- Verify bank details for client and third-party refunds.
- Provide Premium Credit Limited quotes and set up clients
- Allocate Premium Credit settlements and process scheme/binder payments and notifications.
- Perform client money reconciliations for all companies.
- Manage brokerage transfers and journals.

Client/Underwriter/Third Party Management:
- Process account openings, including conducting all necessary background checks.
- Correspond with compliance and manage the SEM email account.

Compliance Checking:
- Ensure compliance for various entities
- Oversee the closure of accounts that are no longer actively monitored.

Gifts and Entertainment:
- Manage staff gift and hospitality declarations.

Holiday Cover:
- Provide coverage as required during team members' holidays.

IT Projects to Xero:
- Assist with system testing for new projects.
- Set up Cedar accounts and perform bank reconciliations.
- Transition GSR to IDS and TB.

Policies and Procedures:
- Create and maintain policies and procedures across all companies.
- Ensure policies are up-to-date and effectively implemented.

Salary: Up to £50,000
