IBA Accounts Executive - 12 months FTC

My client, a superb Lloyd's of London business, are seeking an IBA Executive to join their team. In this pivotal role, you will be recognised as a specialist who can be relied upon to handle the majority of transactions across IBA. As a referral point, you will be a key contact for the team, wider Business, external stakeholders and be expected to handle the majority of queries, providing guidance and coaching to others. Key Duties

• Credit Control, Cash Application, Insurer Reconciliation/Bordereaux, Bank Reconciliation and Client Money Calculations
• Management of own portfolio of accounts/insurers, ensuring all key activities completed for your area of responsibility
• Provide "step-up" cover and assistance for Manager when needed
• Provide coaching to less experienced members of the team/Business, acting as initial referral for queries and escalations
• SME for IBA processes
• Adhere to SLAs across the department
• Support IBA projects as an SME
• Support audit request

Requirements

• Proven experience within finance shared service, preferably within the Insurance industry
• Understanding of IBA
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements is advantageous
