IBA & Non-IBA Accounts FTC

We have a Fixed Term Contract role for a minimum of 6 months. You will be joining an established, independent Lloyds Broker based in the Heart of the City of London. This role offers hybrid working flexibility, with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days working remotely.

Our client is seeking to hire an experienced IBA specialist with a proven track record of working within the Lloyds / London Market who also possesses exposure to completing company accounting functions.

So, this role offers a mixture of IBA and Non-IBA accounting duties.

Overview

• Management of multi-currency accounts.
• Allocating incoming funds
• Account reconciliations
• Premium credit control & aged debt management
• Authorising and arranging payments
• Issuing monthly statements
• Posting journals to Sun
• Preparing and loading expenses
• Organising currency for business trips
• Organising FX forward sales and spot sales

What you need to show

• Experience in an IBA role (Lloyds / London insurance market preferred)
• Proficiency in non-IBA company accounting functions
• Familiarity with Global XB and / or Sun accounting (desirable)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Innovative problem-solving
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

What is on offer
