ICT Trainer

What will you be doing?

Working with work-based learners and delivering apprenticeships, you’ll provide the support, guidance and motivation that helps them to get career-building qualifications. You’ll also help them to achieve transferable skills (in Maths and English) if needed, managing your own admin along the way.  

What will you bring to the role?

• Sound knowledge and understanding of ICT systems with industry experience
• Passion for developing others to succeed.
• Willingness to learn and develop ongoing sector knowledge 
• Proficiency in English and Maths, or willingness to improve
• Experience of working autonomously
• Familiarity of working in a high-demand environment, delivering to targets and tight deadlines
• Excellent communication, presenting and listening skills
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills
