We’re looking for a Sister/Charge Nurse to join our brand-new, state-of-the-art Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at The New Private Hospital.
This Purpose built Facility with both patients and colleagues in mind. The Harborne Hospital is a 50 bed, multi-speciality, private hospital which combines deep clinical infrastructure with the exceptional technology and modern facilities
Our wide range of expertise allows us to deliver full clinical pathways at all levels of complexity across a mix of specialities and sub-specialities including Cardiology, Cancer and Complex Surgery.

As a Sister/Charge Nurse working within our ITU Unit we’ll look to you to lead from the front, supporting your team to assess, plan, deliver and evaluate high standards of specialist care.
Day-to-day you’ll use your expert leadership skills to coach, mentor and engage with your team, while also stepping up and leading the unit in the absence of the ICU Lead.

Qualifications/Skills/Attributes:

Registered General Nurse with valid NMC pin
Recognise post-graduate Critical Care Course (60 credits)
Cardiac or General ICU experience at a senior level.
ALS/ILS training
Minimum 3 years ICU experience.
