London- 1 to 2 days in the office - To c £40/45k

Exceptional opportunity for an experienced IFA Administrator to join this successful boutique Financial Planning/Wealth management firm based in London with the opportunity to come to the office only 1 to 2 days per week after initial training.

Opportunity Highlights

** Working in a small Advice team as Manager you will oversee the Admin operations within the Business.

** As Manager, provide technical support and training to junior members of the team including review of teamwork.

** Emphasis of your role is ensuring that the team provides exceptional support to clients and financial advisers overseeing the client onboarding process through to investment.

** In addition to managing the administration team you will have the opportunity to streamline processes enhancing systems, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, marketing including any project work managing the Annual Planning and Review process and assisting paraplanner prep for client meetings.

** Perfect opportunity for an experienced Senior Administrator who enjoys variety with a strong track record of improving processes and the ability to work independently with a passion for financial planning and client services.
