Job title: IFA Administrative
Salary: up to £32,000
Location: Birmingham
Reports to: IFA
The IFA Admin is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to Independent Financial Advisors, ensuring efficient and effective operations within the advisory firm. This role involves managing client communications, handling documentation, and assisting with various administrative tasks to support the delivery of financial advice.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Independent Financial Advisors with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
- Maintain and update client records and financial databases.
- Schedule appointments and manage the advisor’s calendar.
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, both over the phone and via email.
- Arrange client meetings and ensure all necessary documentation is prepared.
- Handle client queries and requests, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Requirements:
- Previous experience Within an IFA.
- Financial service experience
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using back-office systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
