The Role:

Become an integral part of our wealth management team, providing essential administrative support to our seasoned financial planners and team leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate provider information for client recommendations.
  • Process new business transactions and ensure compliance documentation is complete.
  • Handle various financial products, including investments, pensions, and protection.
  • Generate reports, address client inquiries, and maintain meticulous records.

Required Skills:

  • Preferable qualifications include R01, CF1, or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in administrative roles within Wealth Management or Financial Planning.
  • Familiarity with Intelliflo software is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Understanding of FCA regulations and operational procedures in Financial Services.
