Position: IFA Administrator
Location: Royston, Hertfordshire (up to 2 days per week working from home)
Minimum Requirements: 2 years' IFA administration experience; Strong experience of Intelligent Office; Good platforms knowledge; Live a commutable distance to Royston
Salary/package: Up to £37,000; Bonus; 25 days' holiday; Pension; Income Protection; Study Support
YOUR NEW COMPANY:
Our client is a successful Financial Planning arm of an award-winning accountancy practice. Due to expansion, the business is keen to hire an experienced IFA Administrator.
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the firm's Partner, the IFA Administrator's key duties will include:
- Communicate effectively with customers both by phone, email and in writing
- Maintenance of client and portfolio records on Intelligent Office (IO) back office system
- Obtaining quotes and projections from product providers
- Processing new business and issuing policy documents/contract notes
- Liaison with investment/insurance companies/platforms to ensure that all matters are brought to an early conclusion
- Ensure all new business compliance requirements are met
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates interested in the IFA Administrator vacancy will have the following criteria:
- 2 years' IFA administration experience
- Strong experience of Intelligent Office
- Good platforms knowledge (such asTransact, Aviva, Aegon (Cofunds), Standard Life, Scottish Widows etc)
- Live a commutable distance to Royston
REMUNERATION / PACKAGE
The package for the IFA Administrator role is as follows:
- Up to £37,000 salary (depending on experience)
- Annual Bonus
- Up to 25 days' annual leave
