Our client is seeking an Administrator to join its team of leading Advisers and Paraplanners. The position presents an opportunity to join a dynamic company offering excellent benefits after satisfactory completion of probation period.

Job Description:

  • Provide a high-quality service to clients and make sure that client queries are dealt with in a timely, professional, and friendly manner
  • Manage workflow using an Intelliflo task system
  • Process and submit New Business (Pension / Investments / Life), ensuring compliance checklists are complete.
  • Process top ups, fund switches and withdrawals
  • Check and complete investment transactions
  • Manage and finalise client documentation
  • Process LOAs and input the policy information
  • Assist with preparation of templated letters
  • Liaise with providers and other 3rd parties, to obtain any information that may be needed
  • Obtain information and prepare Annual Reviews
  • Ensure back-office system is up to date
  • Keep up to date with FCA regulations and internal policies and procedures
  • Support and work closely with team members
  • Welcome clients, and cover reception and post where necessary

Skills/Experience:

  • Previous experience within a financial advisory organisation.
  • Professional communication manner, both written and verbally
  • Proactive manner
  • Investment and pension knowledge is desired but not essential.
  • Any Financial Services qualifications are desired but not essential.

This will be an office-based position in Guildford.
