This administration role is best suited for IFA administrators with at least 1 years of experience, ideally with IO experience. The business provides hybrid working, with most employees not in the office on a Friday and some good benefits including a salary of up to £35,000.

The Company

The financial advisory firm is a medium sized business who have been in operation for over 10 years who provide fee-based advice, with its clients at the forefront of everything they do. The firm is completely independent and is growing organically, with an existing administration team in place ready for you to join.

The Role

You will be providing administration support for several advisers within the firm, helping them with obtaining the necessary information for periodic (annual) reviews. You’ll be speaking with clients, arranging meetings, processing new business, obtaining third-party information, and actioning ad-hoc requests i.e. withdrawals, fund switches, and top-ups. You’ll be part of a team that really believes in doing the right thing for its clients.
